Each player may hold exactly one account with omon88. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
All transactions on omon88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We support BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
Use of automated bots, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies, or any form of fraud will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds. omon88 reserves the right to void bets placed under irregular conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which omon88 holds its international operating license. Any dispute not resolved through our internal process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the omon88 Platform. We strictly enforce this requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any remaining Balance refunded at omon88's absolute discretion after deducting applicable processing costs.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using omon88 is lawful in your jurisdiction. omon88 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent or warrant that its services are legally accessible in every country. Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is complex and that they access the Platform at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with omon88:
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. omon88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify omon88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting our support team.
3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting omon88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
3.4 Account Suspension by omon88. omon88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC documentation, or unusual betting patterns. Where legally permissible, omon88 will notify the Player of such action.
4.1 Verification Requirement. omon88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification (KYC) may also be triggered at any time during the lifecycle of an Account at omon88's discretion, particularly when unusually large deposits, high-volume betting activity, or suspected fraudulent behaviour is detected.

4.3 Processing Time. omon88 will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receiving a complete documentation set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC approval.
4.4 Refusal to Verify. If a Player refuses to provide KYC documentation when requested, omon88 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold any pending withdrawal until the verification obligation is met or until the matter is resolved through omon88's internal dispute process.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. omon88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods available to a specific Player may vary based on account status and verification level.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. omon88 does not guarantee specific deposit processing times as these are partly dependent on third-party payment systems. Standard deposit processing time via local Indonesian banks is under five (5) minutes for verified accounts.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set at the following standard thresholds (subject to change — current amounts are displayed at the point of transaction):
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission for verified accounts. omon88 targets same-day processing for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. Processing times may extend during peak periods or in cases where additional verification is required.
5.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to omon88 must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. omon88 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not in the Player's name will be reversed and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with omon88 support. This policy is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.
5.7 Transaction Fees. omon88 does not charge Players processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees. omon88 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment providers.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers available on omon88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this Agreement, the offer-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual bonus offer. Wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount received.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally to the completion of wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows (individual promotions may vary):
6.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual bonus offer. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice. Expiry periods are typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. omon88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times across duplicate accounts, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, exploiting mathematical inefficiencies in bonus structures, or coordinating with other Players to farm promotional credits. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Funds forfeited.
6.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. omon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of their claim.
6.7 Seasonal Promotions. omon88 may offer special promotional campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on omon88 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. omon88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits, bets placed on markets that have been incorrectly priced, or bets placed after an event's official start time (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market).
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may differ by market, event, Player account tier, and time of day. omon88 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits without prior notice.
7.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical malfunction that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, omon88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. This applies regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. omon88 will not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on manifestly erroneous prices or outcomes.
7.4 Sports Betting — Match Abandonment. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, omon88 will apply the following rules: pre-match bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned, unless omon88's sport-specific rules stipulate otherwise. Live in-play bets settled before the abandonment are not affected.
7.5 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the full accumulator to pay out. If one leg is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the accumulator reverts to a bet covering the remaining legs. A mix parlay with a single remaining leg after void resolution will be settled as a single bet.
7.6 Togel Draw Rules. Togel results are determined by the official draw outcomes published by the relevant lottery provider (Singapore Pools, HK Pools, Sydney Pools, etc.). omon88 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies in results data caused by feed delays or third-party data provider errors. In such cases, the official published result from the relevant lottery body is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omon88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Commitment. omon88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that enable Players to maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and take our duty of care seriously.
9.2 Player Responsibility. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behaviour. omon88 strongly encourages all Players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to take regular breaks. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting omon88 support. Self-exclusions take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of a confirmed request and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is also available on request.
9.4 Age Verification. omon88 employs robust age verification procedures to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the omon88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game engines, text, graphics, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of omon88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Permitted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, sublicensing, or publicly displaying any Platform content.
10.3 Prohibition on Scraping. Automated scraping, indexing, or harvesting of any data, odds, or content from the omon88 Platform is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of omon88. Violations may result in legal action.
11.1 Platform Availability. omon88 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. omon88 will not be liable for any losses — including wagering losses — arising from Platform downtime.
11.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omon88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. omon88 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or emotional distress.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The omon88 Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming), and data providers. omon88 is not liable for any failure, delay, inaccuracy, or loss arising from the acts or omissions of these third parties.
12.1 Right to Amend. omon88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notification displayed upon next login or via the email address registered to the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect.
12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Continued use of the omon88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 3.3.
12.3 Version Control. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always published at https://omon88.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendment took effect.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which omon88 holds its international operating licence. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to Players under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
13.2 Internal Dispute Process. In the event of any dispute relating to a wager, transaction, bonus, or account matter, Players must first submit a formal complaint to omon88 customer support. omon88 will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Players are encouraged to provide all relevant documentation (transaction IDs, screenshots, timestamps) to expedite resolution.
13.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through omon88's internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to final and binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Class Action Waiver. Players expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against omon88. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
